Between the files you got there are two pdf files with instructions and the link to the videos that show the step by step you need to follow to get the project done. The pdf is called Instructions.pdf for English speakers and Instrucciones.pdf for Spanish speakers.

In the PDF file with the instructions you will find the links to the explanatory videos of the step by step to make these little boxes.
