Right after payment you'll see a download button on the order confirmation page, and the same files appear in your account at My library. The link to your order is also emailed to you — keep it safe so you can come back any time.

First, check your spam or promotions folder — it ends up there sometimes. If it's not there either, log into your account and your order will be in My orders with the download links ready. If you used guest checkout, write to hello@byyeni.com with the email you used to pay and we'll resend it.

SVG files work with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (the SVG-compatible version), Inkscape (free) and Adobe Illustrator. The Studio files I include also work natively with Silhouette Studio without any conversion.

Yes — you can use my designs to make finished products and sell them at fairs, online or to clients. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the digital file itself. If in doubt about a specific use, just write me.

You can pay with credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our Stripe checkout, or with PayPal. Both methods are processed securely off our servers — we never see or store your card data.

No — PayPal lets you pay as a guest with any credit or debit card without creating an account. Just choose PayPal at checkout and look for the "Pay with debit or credit card" option on their page.

Yes. We don't process or store your card information at all — payments are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest standard for payment security). The byYeni site itself is served over HTTPS.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the final price — we don't add fees. If you're paying from another country, your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and apply its own exchange rate; that conversion is between you and your bank.

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something goes wrong with a download or a file is corrupted, get in touch within 7 days and I'll fix it or send you a working copy.

No — you can check out as a guest with just your email. But creating an account at the same step is free and gives you a permanent library with every download you've ever bought, plus access to courses if you've enrolled.
